    Duties and responsibilities:
    I am working as an office boy in GIK Institute Topi Distt Swabi KPK Pakistan. From the last ten years. Duties implied on me includes attending phone calls and managing intercoms, organizing files of different sections at proper place, taking and giving messages on behalf of some busy office person, responding to the basic queries of a visitors, scheduling the appointments, keeping required papers ready on the day of appointment or meeting. Working also a photocopy machine operator.

    Office cleaning
    * Serving employees & guests with Tea, Coffee, Water etc.
    * To do bank work like depositing cheques, payment of bills, etc
    * Should be able to handle outdoor and indoor activities properly.
    Job Description
    1. Opening and closing office every day.
    2. Cleaning office, pantry, washroom / toilet and maintaining on daily basis.
    3. Daily checking, distributing, filling water bottles and cleaning the same once in a week.
    4. Checking, ordering / buying stationery and other office utilities.
    5. Checking availability of business cards and letter head on regular basis.
    6. Inform HR about any of the staff’s requirements.
    7. Keeping the reception area clean at all times.
    8. Checking and cleaning tea / coffee machine.
    9. Making and serving tea / coffee to the staff / client whenever required.
    10. Visiting PO Box once in a week to collect posts / mails received during the week.
    11. Collection of documents / fees from the client / visiting the bank.
    12. Coordinating for outdoor work with HR and
    13. Other related work.
